As a former Councillor for the City of Gold Coast for 12 years and a long term resident and community leader, I am regularly asked to give my opinion about local product and commercial outlets. I have made it a rule in my public life to never give an endorsement unless it is 100% warranted and I have had personal dealings in the matter.
